The Polar prep counter has a modest 282 litres and a countertop work area for essential preparations. Each refrigerated section can hold gastronorm pans allowing prepped food to be stored easily till ready to be cooked.

Part of the U-Series the Polar G596 is designed for every day heavy commercial use, where the unit will be accessed often. The forced air cooling ensures rapid pull time in temperatures of up to 43°C.
