The prep counter is constructed with grade 304 stainless steel inside and out as well as a granite worktop. Making it ideal for pizza shops, restaurants, and pubs.

The topping well holds 8 x 1/6 gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately) ideal for pizza toppings or even sandwich fillings. Finally, the refrigerated under storage is gastronorm compatible.
