The safety ring prevents liquids entering into the machine and the blade pulley without centre hole allows for easy cleaning. With a stainless steel slice deflector and chrome-plated ground slide rod the 350EV0 is made of the highest quality materials, guaranteed to offer the highest cutting precision of thin slices.
