The Cater-Cook 1 burner Gas Griddle is perfect for smaller, cafes, bistros and more. It's compact design makes it perfect for commercial kitchens where space is a premium. Fitted with a flame failure device this unit can be used safely inside. With a rounded edge at the front of the unit grease and fat can easily move into the removable drip tray makes the griddle easy to keep clean. Supplied as LPG with a natural gas conversion nozzle as standard.
The Cater-Cook gas griddles are also available in 2 and 3 burner models.
