The Parry CPC Electric Heated Square Pie Cabinet is an ideal countertop display unit for bakeries and other commercial use where pies and pastries are sold quickly. The three wire racks can hold up to 20 pies each, enough for any medium/large shop to display their favourite pastries. The cabinet comes with sliding doors to the server side making it easy to place and remove foods. With clear visibility of the product and internal light, it provides shops, restaurants and canteens with an effective way to showcase their pies and other savoury pastries, making them more appetizing and encouraging impulse purchases.
The temperature range is from 0-80°C, meeting minimum temperature for food hygiene standards. The cabinet also has a built-in water reservoir which helps to keep food moist throughout the day, preventing it from drying out or becoming hard, so that customers only get the best quality products every time. In addition, its stainless-steel construction and toughened glass ensures that the cabinet is durable enough for busy commercial environments and can withstand regular use.
