The SBM40F Mahogany Refrigerated Wall Side Salad/Buffet Bar comes as standard with a mirror, one side access and a drop down shelf on the open side. This refrigerated salad/buffet bar has a capacity of 4 x 1/1 GN containers for self-service use in restaurants, hotels, local community venues and hospitality settings. It optimizes presentation and keeps your cold starters, salads, desserts and more at the right temperature. The cold conduction in the buffet is provided by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. Automatic defrosting of the refrigerated buffet occurs every 2 hours thanks to the electronic thermostat. This refrigerated freestanding buffet can accept any type of GN trays and containers up to 150mm deep.
