The Giorik SH20 Hi-Lite Electric Salamander Grill is designed to help you save energy, money and time in your kitchen - it reaches cooking temperature in seconds, dramatically reducing power consumption by up to 70%. The grill comes fitted with an adjustable height grilling head and an easy clean glass heating shield, and is capable of holding a 2/3 sized gastronorm tray.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Rapid heat up time - 0 to 200°C in only 20 seconds, allowing cooking on demand.
• Reduces heat in the kitchen as the grill does not need to be left on.
• Fitted with two independently controlled, high powered heating elements
• Height adjustable grilling elements, can be lowered down to 25mm above the product.
• Easy to clean removable grill tray (water can be placed inside tray to create humidity and reduce "fat flare up").
• Fitted with push button electronic controls and an audible electronic timer.
• Supplied with wall bracket.

Please note - the grill must not be placed directly above a heat source.
