The VIZU Mega Fries combines storage of ready to eat chips and fries with an easy to use serving and bagging area. Featuring large independently controlled overhead heat lamps overhead along with underside heating that both help maintain the food at a consistent temperature, along with a raised grid to allow for excess grease to drain away from the food. Reposition-able bag rack dividers and flaps give you added flexibility and depending on your kitchen layout, the side glass panel can be interchanged to suit varying workflows.
Fully constructed from heavy duty stainless steel and featuring a removable chip dump area and flush mounted storage doors the VIZU Mega Fries not only withstands the rigors of any fast paced kitchen but is incredibly easy to clean and maintain.
