The VIZU Mini Fries is the smaller brother of the VIZU Mega Fries. This more compact model still combines storage of ready to eat chips and fries with an easy to use serving and bagging area. Equally heated by large independently controlled overhead heat lamps along with below the dump itself to maintain the food at a consistent temperature, along with a raised grid to allow for excess grease to drain away from the food.
Fully constructed from heavy duty stainless steel and featuring a fully welded chip dump, the VIZU Mini Fries not only withstands the rigors of any fast paced kitchen but is incredibly easy to clean and maintain.
