Sous Vide cooking is the temperature controlled regeneration of vacuum packed food in a water bath, or in other words, a scientificversion of "boil in a bag".
Becoming more an more popular in commercial kitchensof late, Falcon have added a Sous Vide to their newest line of products the F900 range. able to suite seamlessly with the rest of the products in this range, and boasting a water capacity of 28 Litres, this new water bath can offer the commercial kitchen chef flexibility and versatility as they need only set the temperature and drop the vacuum packed meat into the water bath.
