Lincat Convector ovens provide outstanding convection oven performance in a compact counter-top form factor. Roasting, braising, baking and re-heating are a breeze with the ovens spacious 4 x 1/1 GN capacity. Built from high grade stainless steel, cleaning and maintaining the oven is effortless while controlling the cooking temperature and program is easy using the ovens intuitive touch screen control system. For added peace of mind, the oven implements a traffic light system to allow you to monitor the cooking process at a glance. Included in the oven is also space for 24 individual cooking programs, each with up to 4 cooking stages. This allows for fine adjustments to the cooking process such as roasting and finishing to be adjusted and implemented with ease.
