The Blodget CTB-2 is an electric half-size double stacked countertop convection oven with left-hand hinged door, offering all the incredible benefits of the CTB-1, with double the cooking space.

• Solid mineral fibre insulation at top, back, sides & bottom.
• Double-sided porcelain baking compartment liner.
• 5 chrome-plated racks, nine rack positions with a minimum of 41mm spacing.
• 2 tubular heaters.
• 2 speed fan motor.
• ¼ HP blower motor with automatic thermal overload protection.
• One control area cooling fan.
