The Parry PGF1000G LPG Gas Griddle is a stainless steel griddle ideal for commercial use. This gas powered griddle with its piezo ignition makes it the perfect choice for mobile caterers. It is designed to withstand long periods of use, whether on the road or even in a busy restaurants or café establishment.

With nearly a metre wide polished plate, the griddle has three powerful burners that are independently controlled from each other, suitable for the chef who needs more versatility to cook and heat in three sections at once at different levels. For added convenience, a natural gas conversion kit is included so that you don’t have to worry about buying one separately. The temperature settings are easy to adjust with the knob control and its large cooking area makes it suitable for any type of food preparation.

When it comes to cleaning, the plate is a flat surface so can easily be scraped and cleaned and sits above a supplied drip tray for easy disposal of scraps and fats.
