Gas interlocking systems that make use of air pressure differential switches work by detecting disruption in the flow of air through the extraction ducting, signified as a change in air pressure. With a drop in air pressure, the switch then cuts off the supply to all gas solenoid valves.
Air pressure differential switches are supplied with sufficient ducting tube to be able to reach the desired location along the extraction system. As well as this, they feature adjustable sensitivities designed to work with different fan types.
We will be embarking on a 12-month fundraising mission with a deadline of the 13th of September 2024. Please follow our JustGiving page to keep up to date with our activities.
